The vivo X90 series will arrive in December, and the flagship X90 Pro+ will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and a high-end camera. Today we also learn more about the vanilla version - the base vivo X90 will run on the Dimensity 9200 chipset and will support 120W charging.
The rumored specs come from the Digital Chat Station on Weibo, and they also reveal the screen will be 1.5K, which is how 1220p panels are often mislabeled. The Vivo X90 will also be the first vanilla smartphone from the X series to be IP-rated, so far only the Pro model has water and dust protection.
The Dimensity 9200 chipset hasn't been announced yet but earlier today we took a look at the early
benchmarks, showing an overall 26% increase in raw performance. The Vivo X90 will also see an increase in battery capacity - reports point to a 4,700mAh dual cell.
